What the project covered
The “Outdoor Product Development” project lasted three years and was co-financed by:
The Fund for Less Developed Tourist Areas and the Croatian Continental Region

- The destination’s own funds (Slunj Tourist Board)
The project was implemented in three phases:
Phase 1 (Rastoke Outdoor) and Phase 2: Preparation of project documentation and digital trail mapping
Final Phase: Installation of signage and information boards with QR codes, ecological cleaning and maintenance actions, organization of nature-based programs, and promotion
Main activities in the final phase included:
Marking and arranging new trails
Signage and information boards
Ecological cleaning and maintenance of trails
Wellbeing programs: workshops, forest bathing, guided walks, and Water Wellbeing experiences
All routes are also available in digital format, and project promotion was carried out nationally through professional media.
