5th “Svijet Varalica” Cup

The fishing competition „Svijet Varalica Kup“ was traditionally held on the first weekend of June in the organization of the Sportfishing association Slunjčica and Svijet varalica. Competitors, 27 of them, spent the first day on the Korana hunting chub, while the second day on the schedule was trout and grayling, caught in Slunjčica.

Cup has ended in a pleasant atmosphere accompanied by beautiful weather, with a well-deserved victory of Mirko Hanžeković. Hanžeković was the best in two days of the competition and deservedly celebrated in front of Mario Matijašić and Ivan Pešut.
